ShopBook24 ("we", "our", "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Account Info: Phone number or Google account email used to log in.
• Business Data: Customers, products, bills, payments, stock, expenses — data you enter into the app.
• Usage Data: We do not collect analytics or track your usage behaviour.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To sync your business data across devices via Firebase Firestore.
• To send you OTP for phone login via Firebase Authentication.
• To create automatic daily backups of your data.
• We never sell, share or use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) with strict security rules — only your account can access your data. Data is also cached on your device (localStorage) for offline use.

4. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment data.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete all your data from the Settings → Reset Data section at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase (Authentication + Firestore)
• Razorpay (Payment processing)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, export or delete your data at any time from within the app (Backup & Restore section).
