By using ShopBook24 ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By signing in and using ShopBook24, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

• ShopBook24 is a business management tool for distributors and kirana traders.
• You are responsible for all data you enter into the app.
• You must not use the app for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• One account per business. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Subscription & Payments

• A 15-day free trial is provided to new users.
• After the trial, a subscription (Monthly ₹399 or Yearly ₹3,999) is required to continue using the app.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay and are non-refundable once processed.
• Subscriptions are valid for the period purchased and do not auto-renew.

4. Data Responsibility

• You own all business data you enter. We do not use it for any purpose other than operating the app.
• We are not responsible for data loss due to factors beyond our control (e.g., device failure, browser clearing).
• We recommend regular backups using the built-in Backup feature.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShopBook24 is provided "as is". We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data shown in the app. Always verify important figures independently.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
